Position Overview: - As a Marketing/Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, closng property saes, ard building ong-term relationships with clients You Will play a key role in promotirg our estates driving sales growth, cnd helping clients make informed hvestrnent decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Actively promote and market the company's real estate products - Develop and execute and sales strategies to rneet company targets - Identify new kusiness opportunities and follow on leads - Conduct property inspections and client site tu-s - Mmage client inquiries, provide professiorrll montain relationships - Maintain records of sales activities cmd prepare weekly/monthly reports - Represent the company at real estate events, expos and opportunities Required Qualifications: /Requirements - Minirnum Of HND or BSc in Marketing. Business Admin or related fields - 1—3 year-s of experience in sales/marketing (real estate experience is a plus) - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Self-rnotivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure - presentation and Filblic speaking skills - Ability to build trust and connect with hgh-net-vv0rth individuals - Must be based in Akua or willing to relocate
