## Title: Marketing and Business Development Executive
About the Role
An established hospital is seeking a Marketing and Business Development Executive to drive growth and enhance brand presence across the region. This role combines strategic marketing planning with business development to increase community awareness and strengthen referral relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for the hospital and its services across the region
- Create marketing strategies and campaigns that enhance the hospital brand and increase community awareness
- Maintain relationships with community organizations, hospitals, and other referral sources
- Design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and newsletters to inform the public
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns, including online ads, email marketing, social media campaigns, and in-store promotions
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and achieve marketing objectives
- Research new marketing technologies, techniques, and best practices to stay competitive within industry trends
- Manage marketing budgets and resources to ensure effective and efficient allocation of spending
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, marketing, and business development
- Understanding of market trends, sales techniques, and customer engagement
- Proficiency with CRM software, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
