Job Summary

The Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies and campaigns that promote Stridewaves Limited's services and subsidiaries. The role involves social media marketing, proposal writing, client engagement, and brand promotion across the company's business lines.

The ideal candidate is creative, articulate, and experienced in oil & gas, procurement, environmental services, security, and healthcare marketing, with the ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote company services in the oil & gas, environmental, security, and healthcare sectors
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and client leads
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to support business development decisions
• Plan, create, and manage social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, and TikTok
• Generate engaging digital content including posts, videos, and infographics to promote services and enhance brand awareness
• Track analytics, monitor engagement, and prepare monthly performance reports
• Draft and edit high-quality marketing proposals, business pitches, and tenders for various sectors
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to design technical and financial documents that meet client standards
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all marketing channels and subsidiaries
• Track marketing performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports for management

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Environmental Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing
