About the Role

PEPHLA Global Nigeria Limited is seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team. Pephla Medical Laboratory Diagnostic Centre is expanding and looking for the right talent to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, finding new clients, and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, with the primary goal of attracting more clients and referrals.

Location & Compensation

Location: Ada-George Road, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria

Salary: 100,000 – 150,000 Per Calendar Month + Commission/Month based on your input (depending on experience and arrangement)

Key Responsibilities

• Source new business opportunities and clients in the private and public sectors
• Contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies
• Arrange meetings and presentations with prospective clients
• Conduct regular market intelligence activities
• Assist in the development of healthcare plans
• Participate in the formulation of the company's marketing and sales plans
• Achieve significant market penetration in line with set targets
• Utilize sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sales and profitability of laboratory plans and services
• Conduct environmental scans and develop products to meet the needs of target markets
• Engage in promotional activities and trade shows, collaborating with agents and advertisers to market company products

Required Skills & Qualifications

• At least 3 to 5 years of marketing experience in the healthcare industry (essential)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written
• Strong sales and customer relationship management skills
• Experience with Health Maintenance Organizations (desirable)
• Knowledge of National Health Insurance Scheme operations (desirable)
