An established company is recruiting a Marketing Officer to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive business growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and increase market share
• Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences
• Generate engaging content for marketing materials, including websites, blogs, social media, and advertisements
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimizing tactics to improve return on investment (ROI)
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and manage relationships with external vendors and partners

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in marketing or a related field
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques

Required Skills

• Analytical skills with ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior
• Digital proficiency with familiarity of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
