Marketing Officer

Position Overview: - Rexobe Consult is seeking energetic and result-driven Marketers to promote services, engage prospective clients, and drive customer acquisition. - This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, persuasive, and comfortable working in the field. Key Responsibilities: - Promote company services directly to prospective clients - Generate leads and convert prospects into customers - Educate clients on service offerings after training - Submit daily/weekly activity and lead reports - Represent the company professionally in the field - Attend weekly virtual meetings and monthly onsite meetings. Requirements: - SSCE or OND qualification - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Confidence in approaching and engaging people - Willingness to work in the field - Ability to meet targets and work with minimal supervision - Smartphone required for communication and reporting. Work Structure: - Field work and client engagement during the week - Weekly meetings (virtual/online) - Physical onsite meeting once a month - Continuous coaching and performance review.
