Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager with a proven track record of developing and executing impactful marketing strategies to drive brand growth, market share, and revenue.

The ideal candidate will lead a team of marketing professionals to deliver innovative campaigns, enhance customer engagement, and position Vitafoam as the brand of choice in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's strategic goals
• Lead brand positioning initiatives to strengthen Vitafoam's presence in both existing and emerging markets
• Drive product visibility through integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and customer trends
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure high ROI on all campaigns
• Collaborate with the sales team to design strategies that increase customer acquisition and retention
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, website optimization, and online campaigns
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, advertising agencies, and key stakeholders
• Monitor and report on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is an added advantage)
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable business results
• Strong understanding of brand management, market analysis, digital marketing, and product promotion
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
