Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the implementation of brand and channel development strategy to achieve sales and profitability targets
• Recruit, develop, and manage the marketing team and third-party platforms
• Plan and implement customer retention strategies to ensure consistent growth in sales revenue
• Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers across Nigeria
• Plan and implement marketing and sales strategies to ensure product availability across all channels and geographical areas within the country

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing
• Minimum 15 years of experience in marketing strategy implementation within the industry
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or equivalent position
• Proficiency in MS Office software
