Position Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented Marketing Manager with 3–7 years of experience in targeted marketing, lead generation, and multichannel campaign management. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creative, strategic, and analytical skills, with expertise in social media marketing, content creation, and digital and traditional advertisement placements.
Knowledge of copyright and patent considerations in marketing, especially within real estate, fintech, investment, and hospitality industries, will be essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms to generate high-quality leads and meet sales targets
- Manage social media channels, create engaging content, and run targeted ad campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement
- Plan and oversee advertisement placements in relevant online, print, radio, and outdoor media
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies within the Nigerian real estate, fintech, and hospitality sectors
- Create compelling marketing content—including copy, visuals, and video—tailored to various customer segments and platforms
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with copyright, trademark, and patent regulations relevant to the industry
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using CRM and analytics tools to optimize strategies and ROI
- Nurture leads through the sales funnel with timely follow-ups, presentations, and relationship-building activities
- Collaborate with internal teams—including sales, design, and legal—to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Lagos and broader Nigerian real estate market conditions, pricing, and property trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
