Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing and sales activities for our polythene and plastic products. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving market expansion, increasing revenue, strengthening brand presence, and managing distributor and customer relationships across key markets. This role is ideal for a professional with strong experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial products, particularly within the plastics or polythene sector. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Business Development
  • Develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify new markets, customers, and distribution channels to increase market penetration.
  • Conduct market research on customer needs, competitor activities, pricing, and industry trends.
  • Recommend product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives.
  • Support the launch of new products and product variants based on market demand.
Sales Management & Revenue Growth
  • Drive sales performance by setting targets and tracking achievement against agreed KPIs.
  • Supervise and manage the sales and marketing team, including field marketers and distributors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, dealers, and key customers.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply terms in collaboration with management.
  • Support timely payment collection and customer credit management alongside the finance team.
Branding, Promotion & Communication
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, trade promotions, and brand visibility activities.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing and communication materials.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Coordinate advertising, merchandising, and customer engagement initiatives.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints or feedback promptly.
  • Liaise with production and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales forecasts, and market intelligence data.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
  • Prepare periodic sales and marketing reports for management review.
  • Monitor marketing expenditure and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
