Position Overview:
- We’re looking for a highly creative, strategic, and detail-oriented individual passionate about creative storytelling, branding, and digital marketing. The Marketing Manager is a senior, strategic leadership role responsible for shaping our market positioning, driving sustainable revenue growth, and strengthening brand credibility across all service lines.
- This role is designed for a highly technical, commercially minded marketing leader who understands complex B2B services, regulated industries,and who brings a strong sense of ownership and follow‑through from strategy to execution.
- Own and evolve our enterprise‑level marketing strategy across CIT, Guarding, and Polo.
- Own our content strategy across all service lines, with responsibility for narrative clarity, technical depth, and executive relevance.
- Function at a senior content producer/editorial lead level, setting direction rather than merely reviewing outputs.
- Personally drive or closely oversee the production of high-impact content
- Oversee website content structure, user experience, SEO fundamentals, and ongoing optimisation.
- Ensure our social media platforms are consistently active, relevant, and professionally managed, reflecting the company’s scale, credibility, and market leadership.
- Ensure digital activities are data-driven, performance-tracked, and optimised against defined commercial outcomes.
- A bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Communications, Film, Marketing, or a related field. However, strong practical experience can substitute for formal education.
- 5-7 years of senior marketing experience preferably in regulated or trust‑based industries (security, logistics, financial services, infrastructure, risk management).
- Highly technical and detail‑oriented
- Strong execution mindset with exceptional follow‑through
- Proven ability to create, edit, or direct the creation of high-quality content, including written content, visual assets, and digital materials.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with website management, including content updates, structure, optimisation, and collaboration with developers
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Strong working knowledge of social media platforms, how they function algorithmically, and how to use them effectively for brand building
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage deadlines and juggle multiple priorities.
