A top employer is now accepting applications for this role. Position Overview:   The role is results-driven with a strong focus on execution and campaign implementation. This role requires developing and turning strategic marketing plans into real-world, measurable results. You\'ll bridge the gap between high-level planning and on-the-ground execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate marketing strategy into actionable plans across digital channels, in-store activations, and events 
  • Manage campaign execution end-to-end, including timelines, deliverables, and post-campaign analysis. 
  • Collaborate with marketing associates and sales teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery. 
  • Own the marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns are launched on time and optimized for maximum reach. 
  • Oversee day-to-day campaign operations: landing page creation, email workflows, paid media assets, etc. 
  • Track KPIs and analyze performance data to continually improve campaign effectiveness. 
  • Work closely with external vendors when required to scale efforts. 
  • Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and personalization tactics for ongoing campaign optimization.
Skills:  
  • Must be a generalist in traditional and digital marketing and communications, have some experience in local markets, West Africa, and international markets 
  • Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. 
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools like Google Business Suite, etc. 
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on execution, ROI, and performance metrics. 
  • Ability to write creative briefs, campaign calendars, and tactical execution plans.
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to leverage their existing networks/connections 
  • Strategic, excellent organizational and project management skills 
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong communication and coordination skills. 
  • Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to work with ambiguity 
  • Ability to delegate effective and cross-functionally collaborate
Requirements:
  • BSc/HND in Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communications, Business or any other relevant field 
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and communications, has strong experience in local West African and international markets, coupled with a passion for luxury retail. 
  • At least 4 years of marketing experience: retail and/or beauty industry experience preferred.
