About the Role

We are currently expanding our marketing and sales team and seeking passionate, self-motivated individuals to join our growing real estate company. You will play a key role in promoting our property portfolio and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market the company's real estate products including lands, houses, and investment packages
• Generate leads through field marketing, social media, cold calls, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships before and after sales
• Conduct property inspections and follow up with potential buyers
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: OND / NCE (B.Sc or HND is an added advantage)
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or real estate (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and persuasive skills
• Goal-oriented, confident, and result-driven personality
• Must reside in Lagos or be willing to work around Ojodu Berger and its environs
