Marketing Executive at JNO Integrated Services

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Marketing Executive to promote the company's property offerings, identify prospective clients, and drive sales. The role requires strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source new clients through networking, referrals, and field marketing
• Promote and sell properties to individuals, investors, and corporate clients
• Conduct site inspections and property tours with potential buyers
• Develop marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales activities
• Build long-term client relationships through excellent service delivery
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate
