About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Marketing and Operations Professional to drive sales growth, lead marketing strategies, and optimize operational efficiency within our apparel manufacturing division. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of managing sales and marketing activities while enhancing operational processes to ensure seamless production and delivery.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute strategies to stimulate demand for the brand
• Market through various channels leveraging customer preference, feedback, and insights
• Develop marketing plans to convince and convert customers across portfolio and markets, utilizing customer segmentation based on business trends, market opportunities, and market tactics to achieve measurable results for new or existing products
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote apparel lines, leveraging various channels including digital marketing, retail promotions, and events
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with company objectives
• Conduct market research to stay updated on fashion trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies to drive marketing initiatives
• Maintain updated reports and records of marketing activities and marketing campaign performance with detailed goals to drive intended demand across markets
• Build long-term relationships and strategic partnerships with industry players, clients, stakeholders, market influencers, and customers across different customer segments

Operations Responsibilities

• Optimize and oversee operational processes within the manufacturing division to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of apparel
• Manage inventory levels, production schedules, and supply chain logistics to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize delays
• Implement strategies to enhance productivity and quality assurance
