Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition, deposit mobilization, and market penetration through field marketing and relationship-based sales activities. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, generating leads, and supporting business growth initiatives across retail and SME segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive deposit mobilization and customer acquisition initiatives
• Identify, prospect, and onboard new customers for savings and loan products
• Conduct field marketing activities, sales campaigns, and community engagements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Generate leads and support loan origination activities
• Submit regular sales, activity, and performance reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless customer onboarding
• Promote the organization's products and services in line with brand guidelines

Requirements

• BSc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 1–4 years of experience in sales or marketing within a financial services environment
• Prior experience in microfinance or deposit mobilization (advantageous)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated approach
• Familiarity with Lagos markets, especially the mainland axis (desirable)
