Position Overview:
We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Executive with strong digital marketing and growth skills to drive customer acquisition, partnerships, and recurring delivery volumes. The role combines field sales, relationship management, and digital customer acquisition, with a strong focus on identifying demand, converting leads, and growing active delivery usage.
The ideal candidate understands how customers discover services online, how demand is generated digitally, and how to convert interest into sustained revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and onboard new clients through a combination of direct outreach, referrals, and digital lead sources.
- Pitch our services effectively, tailoring solutions to client needs and delivery volumes.
- Close new accounts and convert prospects into active, recurring customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue and acquisition targets.
- Actively support customer acquisition through digital channels including social media, online communities, and business networks.
- Generate and convert leads through platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn, and other digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with management to execute basic digital campaigns, promotions, and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Track and report on lead sources, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
- Identify trends in customer behavior and recommend strategies to increase order volumes and repeat usage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive retention and repeat delivery requests.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Ensure client satisfaction by coordinating internally to resolve service or operational issues promptly.
- Upsell delivery plans, bulk usage options, and long-term service arrangements where applicable.
- Work closely with Operations, Customer Support teams and digital marketing team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, digital leads, client activity, and market feedback.
- Contribute insights that support service improvement and growth strategy.
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Logistics, or a related field.
