## Title: Marketing Associate – Exhibition Services

Job Summary

The Marketing Associate – Exhibition Services (Sales Focus) is responsible for generating revenue through the sales of exhibition booths, sponsorship packages, and event-related services. The role focuses on identifying prospects, converting leads, maintaining strong relationships with exhibitors, and supporting the commercial success of each exhibition.

The ideal candidate is results-driven, persuasive, and comfortable meeting sales targets in a fast-paced events environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Prospect, identify, and qualify potential exhibitors and sponsors for upcoming exhibitions
  • Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups to convert leads into paying clients
  • Present exhibition value propositions, booth options, sponsorship packages, and pricing
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with new and existing exhibitors
  • Provide exhibitors with guidance on booth selection, event requirements, and participation benefits
  • Manage client onboarding, contract signing, invoicing, and payment follow-up
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for exhibitor inquiries before, during, and after events

Sales Support & Coordination

  • Update and manage CRM records, sales pipelines, and daily activity logs
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and revenue updates for management
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure accurate booth allocation and client satisfaction
  • Assist in preparing exhibitor sales kits, pricing sheets, and sales presentations

Exhibition Engagement & On-site Sales

  • Support on-site exhibitor coordination and ensure clients receive agreed services
  • Cross-sell additional event services, upgrades, or promotional opportunities
  • Assist with on-site exhibitor support and coordination
