Marketing Associate

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Mission - You are the digital and logistical engine of our marketing efforts. - This is a hands-on role to help execute our marketing strategy across social media, email, and partnerships. - You will help tell our brand story, grow our community, and analyze what resonates with our audience. Core Responsibilities - Assist in the day-to-day management of social media channels (scheduling, community engagement, monitoring trends). - Help create and deploy email marketing campaigns. - Support the coordination of photoshoots, events, and influencer/partner collaborations. - Compile basic performance reports on marketing activities using analytics tools. - Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy. Requirements: - 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (internships included). - Familiarity with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and basic analytics. - Basic skills in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or basic content creation are a strong plus. Who You Are: - A digital native who understands the language of social media (especially Instagram, TikTok) and contemporary fashion marketing. - A creative thinker with strong writing and communication skills. - Analytically minded and curious about what drives engagement and conversion. - A self-starter who is highly organized and can manage multiple tasks.
