Marketing Associate

Key Responsibilities: - Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives  - Collaborate with designers and content creators to bring marketing ideas to life  - Assist with content planning, creation, and scheduling across digital and traditional channels  - Help plan and coordinate events, activations, and other marketing-related engagements  - Maintain organized records of campaign assets, content calendars, and marketing materials  - Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and team meetings  - Build and maintain relationships with vendors and creative partners  - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities  - Assist in preparing marketing materials and presentations  - Participate in photo and video shoots, coordinating logistics where necessary  - Support the Marketing Manager in daily operations and special projects  - Provide general administrative support to the marketing team  - Perform all other tasks as assigned Skills:   - Familiar with digital marketing tools and platforms  - Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, Canva, and Social Media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)  - Strong communication and interpersonal skills  - Creative thinking with attention to detail  - Ability to manage time and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment  - Passion for storytelling, branding, and engaging content  - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Requirements: - BSc / HND in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field  - 2–3 years of experience in a similar marketing or communications role  - Professional certification in marketing or digital media is a plus - Proactive and resourceful attitude  - Creative and collaborative team player  - Strong sense of responsibility and ownership  - Professional, polished, and detail-oriented  - Eager to learn and grow within a vibrant marketing environment
