Marketing Assistants (Field Marketers) at AA Mathew & Co. International

About the Role

We are seeking energetic Marketing Assistants to join our business development team. You will be the face of our organization in local Nigerian communities, building client relationships, promoting our services, and generating leads to help grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits and meet prospective clients to introduce our services
• Generate leads and follow up with prospects to convert them into clients
• Distribute promotional materials and attend networking events, expos, and relevant gatherings
• Report regularly on client visit outcomes, leads acquired, and conversion rates
• Maintain detailed records of field activity, client contacts, and marketing materials
• Work with the business development and senior marketing team to achieve targets

Qualifications & Skills

• SSCE qualification
• Proven experience in sales, direct marketing, or field work (advantageous)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and travel locally
• Good record-keeping and reliability
• Basic numeracy skills
• Ability to meet targets

Compensation

Basic salary: N60,000 per month plus commission for each client acquired
