Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team. The Marketing and Social Media Associate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that promote the organization's brand, products, and services. This role involves driving engagement across social media platforms, supporting business development initiatives, managing campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency. The Associate will collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling content, monitor market trends, and identify opportunities to enhance visibility and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing and social media campaigns aligned with business development goals
- Create engaging content (text, images, videos, and graphics) for social media, website, and other digital platforms
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Manage the company's social media accounts, ensuring brand voice and identity are consistently represented
- Support the business development team with marketing collateral, presentations, and client engagement initiatives
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand growth
- Assist in planning and executing online and offline promotional events, product launches, and awareness campaigns
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across social platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Business Development) to align marketing strategies with organizational objectives
- Prepare periodic marketing reports highlighting campaign effectiveness and ROI
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles
