Position Overview:
- The Marketing and Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting the company’s products and services, generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- The role requires a proactive individual who can execute marketing campaigns, meet sales targets, and represent the company professionally in the market.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services
- Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns (social media, email, events, activations, etc.)
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitors
- Create and manage marketing content, promotional materials, and presentations
- Track, analyze, and report marketing campaign performance and ROI
- Support brand visibility and positioning across all channels
- Identify, generate, and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, digital platforms, and networking
- Present and sell company products/services to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in line with company targets
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer data
- Lead generation and conversion rate

- Client satisfaction and repeat business
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Mass Communication, or a related field
- Relevant professional certifications in Sales or Marketing are an added advantage
- Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or business development
- Experience in a service-based, tech, training, logistics, or FMCG environment is an advantage
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management abilities
