This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization. Position Overview:
  • The Marketing and Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting the company’s products and services, generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • The role requires a proactive individual who can execute marketing campaigns, meet sales targets, and represent the company professionally in the market.
Key Responsibilities: Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services
  • Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns (social media, email, events, activations, etc.)
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitors
  • Create and manage marketing content, promotional materials, and presentations
  • Track, analyze, and report marketing campaign performance and ROI
  • Support brand visibility and positioning across all channels
Sales Responsibilities:
  • Identify, generate, and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, digital platforms, and networking
  • Present and sell company products/services to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in line with company targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer data

  • Lead generation and conversion rate
  • Sales revenue and target achievement
  • Customer acquisition and retention
  • Campaign performance and engagement metrics
  • Client satisfaction and repeat business
Education: al Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Mass Communication, or a related field
  • Relevant professional certifications in Sales or Marketing are an added advantage
Experience: Requirements
  • Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or business development
  • Experience in a service-based, tech, training, logistics, or FMCG environment is an advantage
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
