About the Role
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing & Communications Manager to lead our brand and communication efforts. You will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition, engagement, and retention while strengthening our brand presence across digital and offline channels.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Customer Success to craft messaging that resonates with our diverse audiences, communicates our value, and positions us as the go-to provider of digital insurance.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and lead the execution of integrated marketing plans that align with business goals
- Drive awareness and demand generation for products across multiple channels (email, content, digital, PR, partnerships)
- Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of paid media, SEO, SEM, and growth campaigns
Brand & Communication
- Define brand tone, messaging, and identity across all touchpoints
- Craft compelling narratives that communicate our mission and impact in simple and relatable ways
- Manage external communications, including PR, media relations, press releases, and interviews
Content & Community Management
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, relevant content—blog posts, newsletters, video, and social media—that educates and engages target audiences
- Build and manage online communities to foster brand loyalty and gather feedback
Product Marketing
- Work closely with product and tech teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches
- Translate technical features into customer-centric benefits and value propositions
Customer Insights & Analytics
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform marketing strategies
