## Title: Marketing Specialist – Real Estate

Job Summary

Joe Etoniru & Associates is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, driving sales, and promoting the company's real estate products and services. You will support the company's growth by executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and ensuring effective communication with potential buyers. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, capable of converting prospects into clients, and committed to maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, social media, and direct marketing activities
  • Promote and market the company's real estate properties to prospective clients
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive activities
  • Manage client inquiries, schedule property inspections, and provide detailed property information
  • Follow up on leads and maintain an updated leads and sales pipeline
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, roadshows, and property exhibitions
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare periodic reports on marketing activities, leads, conversions, and client feedback

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in real estate
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets (advantageous)

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate with clients effectively
  • Good knowledge of real estate products
