Summary - Our client is seeking dynamic and results-driven marketer to join its team. - The ideal candidate must possess good marketing and business development skills and should have good knowledge of lending and financial instruments. Job Responsibilities - Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote various loan products (personal, business, mortgage, etc.) - Generate and nurture leads through digital campaigns, social media, in-person events, and partnerships - Create, manage, and optimize marketing funnels to guide prospects from interest to application - Maintain and update the company website and ensure SEO best practices are followed - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer segments - Build relationships with referral partners, such as real estate agents, dealerships, or financial advisors - Coordinate with the compliance team to ensure all marketing materials meet regulatory standards - Prepare detailed monthly marketing reports and present findings to management - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve messaging and campaign performance - Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging marketing technologies. - Top of Form Bottom of Form Person Specification - Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience - Ability to understand client needs & financial objectives - Understanding of the financial sector - Experience in selling to all classes of client’s traders, low-salary earners, and corporate organizations - Report writing and documentation skills - Excellent marketing and business development skills - Experience in the financial sector of microlending is an added advantage Check how your CV aligns with this job
