  • The Managing Director (MD) will provide overall strategic, operational, financial, and regulatory leadership for the Company.
  • The role is responsible for driving the company’s vision, ensuring regulatory compliance, scaling products and services, growing revenue, managing key stakeholder relationships, and building a high-performance, future-ready organization.
  • The position requires the ability to operate effectively in both early-stage fintech environments and mature governance-driven structures, ensuring sustainable growth and institutional credibility.
Key Responsibilities: The Managing Director’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business growth and market expansion strategy, increasing market share and diversifying service offerings.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and return on investment, ensuring strong and sustainable financial performance.
  • Provide strategic leadership on industry trends, regulatory developments, and market opportunities, adapting the business model as required.
  • Oversee the preparation, approval, and execution of annual budgets, ensuring effective financial planning and resource utilization.
  • Provide overall leadership for the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring alignment across all departments and teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implementing systems and processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
  • Establish and maintain robust risk management and internal control frameworks to mitigate operational, financial, and regulatory risks.
  • Monitor and evaluate Objective Key Results (OKR) across all business units and cost centres to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, partners, investors, and service providers.
  • Represent the Company at industry events, conferences, and strategic engagements, strengthening brand positioning and corporate reputation.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting in line with regulatory and governance requirements.
  • Implement and maintain strong compliance frameworks, proactively addressing regulatory obligations and emerging compliance risks.
  • Drive innovation and new product development in response to customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Leverage technology strategically to maintain competitive advantage, including ensuring the security, reliability, and scalability of the Company’s technology infrastructure.
