About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer.

Requirements

• First Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred)
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive banking or financial services experience, with at least 7 years in executive leadership
• Proven track record of achieving business growth and operational sustainability in a regulated financial environment
• Strong understanding of CBN regulatory guidelines and microfinance operations
• Excellent strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills
