## Title: Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer

Role Overview

PG Consulting Limited seeks a dedicated and experienced leader to serve as Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer. The MD/CEO will have full P&L responsibility and will lead the company's strategic, commercial, and operational agenda. The role requires a strong blend of business leadership, technology understanding, and commercial execution, particularly within the printer, document management, or enterprise IT services ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and vision to drive sustainable growth and profitability
  • Lead sales, operations, technical, and support teams to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for printer hardware, consumables, and managed print services
  • Drive key enterprise and institutional relationships, including OEM partners, distributors, and major corporate clients
  • Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and cost optimization
  • Ensure effective contract management, SLA delivery, and service quality
  • Strengthen corporate governance, risk management, and compliance practices
  • Lead talent development, performance management, and succession planning
  • Represent the company with stakeholders, regulators, and strategic partners

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 10–15 years' progressive experience in IT, technology services, printer/print solutions, or related sectors
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role (MD, CEO, COO, Business Director, or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of printer hardware, managed print services, consumables, and service contracts
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational scale
  • Experience working with OEM partners is a strong advantage
  • Solid grasp of enterprise sales, B2B contracting, and service delivery models
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, cash flow, and P&L
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
