## Title: Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer
Role Overview
PG Consulting Limited seeks a dedicated and experienced leader to serve as Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer. The MD/CEO will have full P&L responsibility and will lead the company's strategic, commercial, and operational agenda. The role requires a strong blend of business leadership, technology understanding, and commercial execution, particularly within the printer, document management, or enterprise IT services ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and vision to drive sustainable growth and profitability
- Lead sales, operations, technical, and support teams to achieve business objectives
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for printer hardware, consumables, and managed print services
- Drive key enterprise and institutional relationships, including OEM partners, distributors, and major corporate clients
- Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and cost optimization
- Ensure effective contract management, SLA delivery, and service quality
- Strengthen corporate governance, risk management, and compliance practices
- Lead talent development, performance management, and succession planning
- Represent the company with stakeholders, regulators, and strategic partners
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 10–15 years' progressive experience in IT, technology services, printer/print solutions, or related sectors
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role (MD, CEO, COO, Business Director, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of printer hardware, managed print services, consumables, and service contracts
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational scale
- Experience working with OEM partners is a strong advantage
- Solid grasp of enterprise sales, B2B contracting, and service delivery models
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, cash flow, and P&L
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
