Role Overview

The Managing Director will provide strategic leadership, oversee daily operations, build partnerships, and ensure the effective implementation of programs and initiatives. This role requires a passionate, results-oriented leader with a strong background in non-profit management, healthcare, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution of the Foundation's vision and mission
• Oversee fundraising, donor engagement, and financial sustainability
• Manage staff, volunteers, and program operations
• Represent the foundation in public forums, media, and stakeholder engagements
• Foster partnerships with local and international organizations

Qualifications

• Degree in Public Health, Non-profit Management, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Proven leadership experience in the non-profit, healthcare, or development sector
• Strong understanding of public health issues, especially related to congenital heart disease (advantageous)
• Excellent communication, fundraising, and stakeholder management skills
