An established company is recruiting for the following position. Requirements: - 12–15 years’ senior management experience in Banking/Finance (Microfinance experience highly preferred). - MBA, ACA/ACCA, or other relevant professional qualifications an added advantage. - Proven track record of developing and implementing business strategies in the financial sector. - Strong knowledge of CBN Microfinance regulations, risk management, and compliance. - Excellent stakeholder management skills, including regulators, investors, and customers. - Strong customer and banking network.
