Managing Director

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in estate management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - Master’s degree (MBA, MSc Real Estate, MFM, or equivalent) is an added advantage - Minimum of 15 years progressive experience in real estate development, property brokerage, real estate investment, or housing finance - Strong knowledge of Nigeria’s real estate and affordable housing landscape, land administration processes, and sector regulatory frameworks. - Proven track record of leading medium-to-large real estate projects from conception to completion. - Demonstrated experience as a senior executive (GM, COO, CEO, or MD) with responsibility for strategy, operations, revenue growth, and people leadership. Strong grounding in corporate governance and ability to engage effectively with boards, investors, developers, and government regulators. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute long-term business strategies aligned with the company’s mission and growth objectives. - Drive expansion across core business units including property development, site-and-service schemes, property agency and management, and real estate investment offerings. - Identify new market opportunities, innovative business models, and partnerships to strengthen market presence. - Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance across all business units. - Ensure the company’s long-term sustainability, operational excellence, and market relevance.
