We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. - We are seeking an accomplished legal professional to join Chris Ogunbanjo Nominees Limited (CONL) as a Managing Associate, supporting our Nominees and Corporate Governance practice. - This is a senior position for a solicitor with extensive expertise in company secretarial practice, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance, who is prepared to provide strategic leadership and trusted advisory support to clients and stakeholders. The Role - Lead company secretarial and governance engagements for client entities - Oversee statutory compliance and regulatory filings - Interface with regulators and senior client stakeholders - Provide governance advisory and risk-aware guidance - Supervise and mentor junior team members within the practice The Ideal Candidate - Over 10 years post-call to the Nigerian Bar - Proven expertise in company secretarial duties, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance - Strong leadership, judgment, and stakeholder management abilities - Professional certifications such as ICSAN, ICAN, or ACCA are an advantage
