Managerial Architect

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree is an added advantage)   - Minimum of 5 years\' experience in architectural design and project management   - Strong leadership, coordination, and team supervision skills   - Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)   - Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes   - Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills   - Must reside in Lagos   MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES  - Oversee architectural projects from concept to completion   - Manage and coordinate design teams and consultants   - Review and approve architectural drawings and plans   - Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies   - Ensure all projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets   - Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects   - Support business development with proposals and presentations
