About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee our automotive logistics operations. You will be responsible for managing fleet operations, optimizing supply chain efficiency, and ensuring timely vehicle delivery and movement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient vehicle movement and delivery
• Monitor fleet performance, utilization, and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and operational standards
• Develop strategies to optimize routes, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery
• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and transport partners
• Lead, train, and coordinate logistics staff
• Prepare and analyze logistics reports, budgets, and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management (automotive, transport, or fleet operations preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Proven expertise in fleet coordination, route planning, and operational management
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
