Key Responsibilities

• Manage logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient vehicle movement and delivery
• Monitor fleet performance, utilization, and maintenance standards
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and operational standards
• Develop strategies to optimize routes, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery
• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and transport partners
• Lead, train, and coordinate logistics staff
• Prepare and analyze logistics reports, budgets, and performance metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics management (automotive, transport, or fleet operations preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Proven expertise in fleet coordination, route planning, and operational management
