Job description

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities: - Drive business development initiatives in EPC, Transmission, Distribution, Metering, CNG, and Solar/Renewable Energy sectors. - Identify, develop, and secure new project opportunities aligned with the company’s strategic goals. - Build and maintain strong professional relationships with officials at the Power Ministry, TCN, DISCOs, and REA. - Lead tender preparation, proposal development, and contract negotiations for government and private sector projects. - Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business leads and track emerging opportunities. - Collaborate with internal technical, engineering, and finance teams to ensure successful project bidding and delivery. - Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings, promoting business visibility and brand reputation. - Maintain detailed records of leads, proposals, and client interactions in CRM or internal systems. - Provide regular reports to management on business performance, pipeline status, and competitor analysis. Preferred Skills & Attributes: - Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the Nigerian power and energy ecosystem. - Deep understanding of EPC project lifecycles, government contracting processes, and tender procedures. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven mindset. - High integrity, professionalism, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
