A reputable vehicle sales and assembly plant in Nigeria is seeking a highly motivated, result-driven, and experienced professional to join their team as Manager, Business Development and Operations. This is an immediate employment opportunity for an industry-experienced candidate with in-depth knowledge of vehicle assembly and after-sales services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, manage staff and budgets, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and production
• Drive business growth and expansion by establishing business relationships and building clientele
• Ensure revenue targets set for the plant are met consistently
• Champion compliance with regulations and optimize both assembly and after-sales service processes for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with marketing to create effective campaigns
• Manage and develop staff, including training and setting performance goals
• Implement best practices and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Allocate resources effectively and manage operational costs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 years of industry experience and management experience
• Proven track record of success in vehicle assembly, sales, and marketing
• In-depth knowledge of vehicle assembly and after-sales services industry
• Experience in auto manufacturing industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Must be resident in Enugu
