Key Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and motivate teams while coordinating efforts efficiently to achieve organizational goals
• Manage office resources, including inventory management and project scheduling
• Facilitate clear communication with internal teams, clients, vendors, and management through both written and verbal channels
• Translate technical solar terminology into accessible language for diverse audiences
• Oversee multiple office operations including schedules, inventory, and facility maintenance
• Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure smooth daily operations
• Manage staff and personnel matters
• Drive sales growth and expand market presence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-4 years of professional experience
• Proven experience in the solar industry
• Understanding of solar photovoltaic (PV) and solar thermal systems, including design, installation, and operation
• Solid knowledge of electrical circuits and energy storage systems
• Knowledge of mechanical support structures and fundamentals
