About the Role

Aeroport Travels and Tours Limited (ATTL) is seeking a qualified Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Aeroport College of Aviation & Travel Management. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in driving organizational growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across all departments to ensure efficient functioning and alignment with business goals and organizational standards
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance overall performance
• Act as interim leader in the absence of the MD/CEO, ensuring continuity in leadership and decision-making
• Review and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts to ensure profitability and financial health
• Build and lead a cohesive team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance
• Identify training needs and support employee professional development through mentoring and training programs
• Set departmental goals and monitor performance using KPIs to ensure targets are met and provide necessary support
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between departments to achieve common objectives
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and business continuity
• Proactively identify and address business challenges with timely and effective solutions
• Ensure all business operations comply with relevant laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential risks
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape
• Prepare regular reports on business performance, challenges, and opportunities for the MD/CEO

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience
