Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily production operations within the plastic manufacturing plant. - Plan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules to meet output targets. - Supervise and manage factory staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to company policies. - Ensure quality control standards are met for all plastic products. - Monitor machine performance, maintenance schedules, and downtime reduction. - Manage raw material usage, waste control, and cost efficiency. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Prepare and submit operational reports to management. - Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficiency initiatives. - Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to support business objectives. Person Specification - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production Management, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a plastic manufacturing or related industry. - Strong understanding of plastic production processes, machinery, and quality standards. - Proven leadership and team management skills. - Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities. - Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in manufacturing.
