Management Accountant

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial reports - Monitor and control costs, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements - Conduct variance and profitability analysis across products and departments - Develop financial models to support strategic and investment decisions - Collaborate with department heads on performance targets and cost optimization - Provide actionable insights to management to improve operational efficiency Requirements: - B.Sc. / HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACA/ACCA or CMA preferred) - Proven experience in management accounting or financial analysis - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and use of ERP systems (ERPNEXT is a plus) - Excellent Excel skills and sound knowledge of IFRS.
