Management Accountant

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Position Overview: - We are seeking a highly experienced Management Accountant to join our financeteam. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, and financial performance reports. - Analyze financial data to support business decision-making and cost control. - Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability across outlets and operations. - Develop and track budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. - Support pricing decisions, cost optimization, and operational efficiency. - Work closely with relevant departments to improve financial discipline. - Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company policies. Requirements: -  6–10 years relevant accounting experience. - Proven experience working in a QSR, food business, or retail environment is mandatory. - Strong understanding of management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis. - ICAN certification is an added advantage. - Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, operationally driven business environment. - Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity. - - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
