Maintenance Technician / Electrical Engineer at Recore Limited

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician / Electrical Engineer to ensure our property and its systems remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. You will oversee all infrastructure and guest-facing areas through routine inspections, preventative care, and timely repairs.

Core Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and ventilation systems
• Perform scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems
• Respond promptly to urgent guest and management repair requests
• Maintain and test fire alarms, smoke detectors, and other safety systems for compliance
• Oversee 24/7 operation of generators and test essential systems (AC, lighting, locks, water heaters)
• Conduct cosmetic upkeep including painting, drywall repair, flooring fixes, and general structural maintenance
• Maintain external areas including landscaping, groundskeeping, and pool/gym upkeep
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations in collaboration with the Property Manager
• Document all maintenance activities, inspections, and inventory usage

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in maintenance, electrical engineering, or related field

Compensation

N120,000 - N160,000 monthly
