Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities: - General Building Upkeep: Perform carpentry, painting, landscaping, and structural repairs (windows, doors). - System Management: Ensure optimal functionality of heating, plumbing, and electrical systems. - Emergency Response: Promptly address urgent maintenance requests, following safety protocols. - Documentation: Maintain accurate records, update service logs, and manage inventory of parts. - Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and standards during maintenance activities. - Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance (lubrication, cleaning, part replacement) on machinery, HVAC, and electrical systems. - Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and fix issues in plumbing, electrical wiring, HVAC, and other equipment to minimize downtime. Requirements: - Candidates should possess an HND / BSc qualification with 8 - 10 years of relevant work experience. Essential Skills: - Strong technical knowledge (mechanical, electrical, plumbing). - Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities. - Manual dexterity and attention to detail. - Good communication and organizational skills.
