Maintenance Supervisor at Rotic Aluminium Extrusion

Job Summary

We are hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in Awka, Anambra State, to effectively schedule, oversee, and manage machine maintenance, and ensure the smooth operation of production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee maintenance activities for all machinery and equipment on the shop floor
• Ensure that all machinery is operating efficiently and safely by conducting regular inspections and diagnostics
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for machines and molds to minimize unexpected breakdowns and downtime
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and coordinate repairs for machine issues
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and parts used
• Work closely with production teams to ensure molds and machines meet production demands and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities
• Monitor and manage the inventory of spare parts and materials needed for machine maintenance
• Prepare and submit regular reports on machine breakdown, performance, maintenance schedules, maintenance processes, and any issues encountered

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of Technical Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field
• Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or in a similar role in a manufacturing environment
