Maintenance Service Engineer (Solar Inverter + EVCS + Portable Power Station） at Growatt New Energy

Job Responsibilities: - Diagnose and fix issues with inverters and boards to guarantee the normal functionality of products. - Offer assistance to customers during installation, commissioning, and training processes. Provide on-site support whenever relevant requirements arise. - Collaborate with the team to resolve related technical problems and help technical service engineers complete fault resolution. - Conduct statistics and classification of spare parts, support warehouse management, and regularly supply the data required by the headquarters as necessary. Requirements: - Have a good understanding of the power electronics industry; experience in maintaining PV inverters is highly desirable. - Be proficient in spoken English, enabling smooth and effective communication. - Be familiar with electronic components and capable of identifying and resolving electrical and electronic issues in equipment. - Possess excellent welding, component testing, and cable routing skills. - Be able to prepare and complete maintenance reports and records accurately.
