Maintenance & Planning Manager

About the Role

An established company is recruiting for a Maintenance & Planning Manager to lead maintenance operations and ensure optimal equipment reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure optimal equipment reliability and performance
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities, including routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance teams, including technicians and contractors

Required Qualifications

• HND, BSc, or B.Eng in Mechanical, Automobile, or related Engineering discipline
• Proven experience in developing and implementing maintenance strategies and plans
• Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, such as reliability centered maintenance and total productive maintenance
• Excellent leadership and management skills with experience supervising maintenance teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in root cause analysis and corrective action
• Familiarity with maintenance management software such as ERP, Dynamics 365, or SAP
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
