Maintenance Personnel – Electrical

Position Overview: - We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Maintenance Personnel to ensure the efficient operation, repair, and maintenance of all electrical systems and equipment within the hotel. - The ideal candidate will have solid technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and a commitment to maintaining high safety and operational standards. Key Responsibilities: - Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, wiring, lighting, outlets, and equipment. - Conduct routine preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan. - Monitor and maintain the hotel’s electrical infrastructure, including generators, transformers, HVAC units, and kitchen equipment. - Respond promptly to electrical faults, guest complaints, or staff maintenance requests. - Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and hotel standards. - Work closely with the maintenance team to support plumbing, mechanical, and general repair tasks when required. - Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and spare parts usage. - Identify areas for improvement and recommend cost-effective solutions for electrical efficiency. - Assist in energy management initiatives to reduce utility consumption. - Ensure all tools, materials, and electrical equipment are properly stored and maintained.
