## Title: Maintenance Officer - Mechanical

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join MeCure Healthcare Limited (MHL) as a Maintenance Officer - Mechanical.

Perform routine maintenance tasks and coordinate repairs to maintain safety and functionality of facilities
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues and safety hazards
Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair projects, including obtaining quotes, scheduling contractors, and ensuring work is completed on time and within budget
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment inventory, and inspection reports
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff, prioritizing urgent issues and providing timely resolutions
Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and procure necessary items as needed
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and implement appropriate measures to mitigate risks

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field
Proven experience in maintenance within the pharmaceutical industry with demonstrated proficiency in performing a variety of maintenance tasks
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment, as well as computer software for record-keeping and communication
